Lately some binaries have been posted to the net in uuencode/uudecode
format. One of them is of special interest.

Does anyone have a copy of uudecode which runs under Edition VII?

I seem to recall hearing that uuencode/uudecode was a UCB product, but I've
also heard it's PD.

If it makes a difference, we are a System V source license (documentation
upon request).
