My additions to the list:

ORACLE  - relational DBMS.  We have a field-test VMS 4.0 'fix' of this
	system.  Beat on your salesman for yours, if you haven't gotten
	it.  VMS 4.1 fixes a bug in global-section protections that prevented
	non-priv'd users to run the distributed version of the VMS 4.0-enhanced
	ORACLE.  

INGRES v3.0  --- the first release of RTI/INGRES version 3 did not work
	properly under 4.0.  This was corrected promptly by RTI.  Make sure
	you have the latest release.

Big 'gotcha' --- anything relying on mailbox communication with mailbox
names in the GROUP table (as the default under v3) will need GRPNAM
and the standard
   $ DEFINE/TABLE=LNM$PROCESS_DIRECTORY LNM$TEMPORARY_MAILBOX LNM$GROUP
command!

Some packages that work with no alteration:
	PDA/PATRAN (except STRESS module  -- needs group logical name), 
        MSC/NASTRAN, Megatek/TEMPLATE

Of course, all of the above has probably come clear to interested parties
by now anyhow, and I am just spewing... Why didn't we make these useful
reports several months ago??  Just workin' too hard, I guess....
