I have a program that kills users after a certain number of minutes of
inactivity (after they are warned once) written in MACRO and running under
VMS 3.6.

I also have XMODEM54 which uses the Christiansen protocol.  This program is
written in FORTRAN and comes with a help library.

Let me know if you are interested, I will make them available for FTP.
