At DECUS I asked some DEC developers if they were going to add physical
terminal tracking for accounting purposes.  The answer was a definate
yes and I think it was going to come in VMS V4.2.  Note however that I
am not sure of the version and furthermore DEC is always careful to
say that things like this are PLANS not COMMITMENTS.  VMS V4.2 is
expected to be out in a month or so.
