	I have been looking for information on how to use the pseudo
devices (RTA0:, RTB0:, VTA0:, etc.) on VMS for pseudo terminal
type operations. Does anyone know how to access these devices.
How do you cause one to be created, do bidirectional I/O, etc.
Basically, I am looking for something that will give me the capability
the the PTY driver on the decus tapes did if you are familiar with that.
