This lacks some of the fancier terminal handling capabilities I've seen on some, but in return is closely coupled to the Tools mail, so that forwarding of messages to a public bulletin board and/or to indi- vidual users is trivial. All of our subscriptions to ARPAnet bulletin boards, including INFO-VAX, come into 'tc' files. Hitch: our Tools mail system is locally fixed to run under VMS V4. The Spring '83 DECUS distribution of the Tools mail system will crash VMS V4. I don't know if an "official" V4 Tools is out yet, not being a regular reader of the DECUS catalog. Stephen R.
