	Today while trying to mount a magtape on a TA78 tape drive using
the "$ mount device label" command I recieved the error message:

	MOUNT-F-EXPRCLM, exceeded subprocess quota

	The subprocess quota was set to 100 ( more than enough ) for the
job in question. When I changed the process quota MAXDETATCH L
