Peterson I can recommend the Apple LaserWriter. By using Adobe's TranScript, you can get TROFF support (real nice). The font/graphics stuff has enough horsepower that if somebody hasn't brought TeX up on it yet, they must be working on it - it can be hard. Using PostScript, you can easily write interfaces to existing graphics package - we've done that in a couple of instances here (apollo screen dumps, MacPaint, frame buffer images, etc) and the results are excellent. -------
