Hi,

Bill Nesheim retrieved a copy of my UDP-based time setting programs for
4.2 and found a lurking bug -- if the client didn't succeed in reaching
any of the servers, the system time would be set back to the time at
which the program started (at least 10 seconds ago.) I've fixed this
and placed a new copy in purdue-merlin:pub/dated.flar (via anonymous
FTP.)
