Can something be done to repair the BBN-MINET-A-GWY?  For months now
it has been generating packets with bad checksums.  I have informed
BBN of this two months ago, but so far the problem has not been
resolved.  This puts BRL in a bad place since defects in the gateway
protocols for the BBN gateways cause every packet for our networks that
comes through the mail bridges to be routed through this gateway.
