      Has anyone heard of or know where I might get information
about any implementations of TCP/IP for VAX/VMS that AREN'T in C,
like how 'bout VAX native macro or even FORTRAN if necessary.  Although
I like C,  I don't have C and am not likely to get C until well beyond
something freezes and thaws again several times (probably the budget).
