thanks for the report on hyperchannel - have things changed in the
last couple of years? Do you have a short bus (literally, how
many feet of backplane or whatever is used to implement the
channel?).

Is my perception of the handshaking delay being a function of
distance incorrect? I would like to clear up any misconception
I have or may have propagated.
