The line of dots produced by ms's .TP & .TG instructions now has the dots
more widely spaced on the typeset version.  Not only does this look better,
but too many dots were blowing up the output filter (it was running out of
memory).  The one unfortunate side effect is that boldface tags will no longer
work properly.
