Lines: 11 I've found this debate to be very informative, and even the biased benchmarks have been valuable - they show what a proponent thinks the favored micro will do well! I think that the participants in the debate have had relatively good manners (extremely good by *net* standards - but that's another flame,) the postings have been relatively short, usually to the point, and usually informative. In fact the center of the debate has moved on to new ground (e.g., code density stats, microcode), and so I would hate to see anyone try to cut off the debate.
