I had my 85 RX7 home for 5 minutes before the front license plate
bracket was removed.
The bolts you see are the heads of stove type fittings, if you look
further you will see a nut on the other end of each one.  The nut is
a 10 mm size and located above the bracket.  Try it, you'll like it.
