What's the difference? > Once upon a time, way back in the 1940s, a coupe was considered to be two seater versions of typically four seater cars. In the 1960s, a sedan was considered a car, usually a four door, with a rigid post aft of the front doors. A hardtop was usually a two door, but could be a four door (the "hardtop sedan"), without that pillar. Any other comments? *** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE ***
