 Does anybody out there have any experience with buying a european car
either direct from the factory or through an importer? I saw an ad in an air-
plane seat pocket from EMAR international inc, with prices like 10k for a 
Volvo 240DL. This is well below the 14,200 I was quoted at  deal, but I don't
know if these cars will be EPA complying or what. If anyone wants the address
from the ad, I'll bring it in and post it.
