	I have an urgent need to link up with a framebuilder in the
	New England area willing to build a recumbent type bicycle.

	I am building an HPV for IHPVA competition.  My framebuilder
	deserted the project last night.  I need to find someone
	willing to build a frame to my design within the next 60 days.
	I have 1/4 scale drawings and the tubing.  (The frame has a
	94" wheelbase, 20" front and 24" rear wheels, complete vehicle
	will be over 11' long, under 28" high.)   The rest of the
	project is going well (I have a near-olympic rider training
	on a recumbent, the shell is on schedule), but to make the
	Indy event the end of September, I need to get a framebuilder
	involved immediately.  		thanks,
