I was quite favorably impressed in my dealing with them. Before I purchased, I asked extensive questions of the salesman over the phone. He was knowledgable and polite. I never got the feeling he wanted me to order or get off the phone (contrast this with dealing with 47th Photo). I had two problems with my order. The most major being that after two weeks, my Constellation died. ICD quickly replaced it. I am quite happy with my dealings with ICD, and will most likely use them again. Bruce W. Cheney
