The one that follows is, to me, about as great as you can use. Sorry it took so long for me to post it. 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup wine vinegar 1/4 cup catsup 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 Tbls. cornstarch 1 large clove garlic 3 bay leaves 2 medium large to large onions Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Yields about 2 cups. You may use it immediately, or keep it quite a while in the refrigerator. Particularly fine on spareribs or chicken. ENJOY!!
