This recipe is from the Tumbling River Guest Ranch in the Rocky Mountains. It's delicious!!! Savory Eggs 1 cup grated American cheese - cheddar is best 2 tsp. butter 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 tsp. salt pepper to taste 1 tsp. prepared mustard 6 slightly beaten eggs Spread cheese in greased shallow 8" baking dish. Dot with butter. Combine cream, salt, pepper, mustard. Pour 1/2 this mixture over cheese. Pour eggs into baking dish. Add remaining cream mixture. Bake at 325 degrees until set (about 30 minutes). Can add small pieces of ham, bacon, jalapeno peppers, sausage. Double the recipe and you've got a great dish for brunches.
