However, have recently discovered the Reader's Digest QUICK AND THRIFTY COOKBOOK. It covers inexpensive receipes, preparation time, actual cooking time and lists receipes which give maximum impact for minimum effort. To a working gal (and I would imagine student as well), it's an invaluable aid. Anne
