A legal question: If I send an illegal substance thru UPS (a private company), are they liable for delivering it? I doubt if they are, so I also doubt if carriers of encrypted messages could be held liable for any harmful contents of those messages. There are countless ways that people can abuse all forms of delivery and communication. How can you really stop that in a free society?
