However, given that this area is *very* new to the legal system, I suspect that there will be changes in the interpretations of the existing laws, or that new laws will be written. In particular, I suspect that the courts would look favorably on the "I didn't know what was there - it was encrypted so I couldn't (with any reasonable amount of effort) have known" argument.
