	Another  thing  which  seems  effective  in  "being  seen" is to
	oscillate  my  headlight  from  on/off  or  high/low  beam  when
	approaching an intersection or when ever I am concerned that the
	"knuckle-head  in the  Buick"  hasn't seen me.  Oscillators  for
	headlights are on the market but I don't have a reference handy.
