Help!

After supposedly having the carbs rejetted on my 1979 GS 850, 

the thing still seems to run too lean.  Warmup is 5-10 minutes

if it a littel cold out.  There is some lean surgin also.

Should I try and tweak the mixture screws??   Can the needles be

raised on these carbs easily??  I thought the guy was going to

put in larger jets, maybe he just ripped me off.

Anybody out there worked on these things??

Oh yeah, I think they are 26mm Kiehins.
