In the Oyama school of Karate, there is a common exercise practised which calls
for the removal of a lit cancer-stick from someone's mouth by means of a 
roundhouse or front kick.  Very spectacular, especially after the moron who is
smoking has refused to put out his cigarette,  after having been politely been
asked.
