If you needed any proof that Wheeler should have some sort of brain
envy, but doesn't.  He lacks even the common sense to want one.

I still don't understand why it is capitalized.  Do you capitalize
'brain'?  'heart'?  'ear'?  The fact that you do capitalize 'Penis'
seems to indicate that you must worship it or revere it or something.
Tell us more about those masculine identity problems of yours that
lead you to make statements like this.

Only those with your apparent level of insecurity make comparisons
at the urinal.  Have you ever won one yet?  (Remember how easy it
is to flame at rabid assholes by doing this.)
