     No, the Nimitz can't be traded away; it's down for routine "maintenance".
On the Nimitz, this means installing new bumps because the old one are all worn
down.  The drivers all know where all the old ones were and so could avoid them,
but the locations of the new bumps is known only to the contractors and the
police.
