(was she assassinated and I missed it?) I think that you've taken my quote out of context. What I was saying is that "equal access" provisions and (to a certain extent) general social movement (the 60's etc.) HAVE been moving society, and discrimination HAS been disappearing without requiring severe intervention imposed by Affirmative Action.
