I personally think that it was just a load of manure that Reagan spread before the elections, but did anyone out there really take it seriously? I mean, how can anyone say, with a straight face, that he wants a law saying that the budget must be balanced, when he himself can't do the same thing? (Anyone here remember Gary Gilmore?
