Has anyone actually seen Scott R. Turner?

I have heard a rumor that the name is actually a pseudonym used by the UCLA
frats in a campus-wide grossout contest to see which frat can get UCLA
kicked off the net first, the losers being forced to live out the 
balance of their lives in Los Angeles....
