Make me laugh.   Four hundred million dollars lasts the DoD from about
8:00 to lunchtime.  We could cut $10 *B*illion off the budget by just
shutting down the Pentagon for a week.  Attacks on AMTRAK and EPA and
education are mind-boggling stupid when you think about the orders of
magnitude more money thrown away at the War Department.
