Raygun has signed every appropriations and spending bill passed by Congress. And half of Congress is controlled by the Republicans. What you have failed ot notice is that Ronnie talks big and carries a small stick. His budgets haven't cut squat. It's just a matter of taking money from social spending and putting it in defense. I don't want to argue about whether that's a good thing or not, but that's what he's done. Slap a nice big tax cut on top of all that, and you get a deficit increase. Big surprise.
