I glad to you noticed it given the quantity of cow pancakes Mondull was
flinging around.

Remember, Reagan is not the only person in the budget process.  If he was
then you can bet the deficit would be lower.  Unfortunately there are a bunch
of anal retentive Democrates in the House of Ill Repute that insist on being
demagogues and keeping pork barrels full.

If you are @b(really) serious about lower the deficit then read any of the
books and reports put out by the Grace Commission.  I mean over $400 million in
saving in three years makes the stuff they are doing pretty pathetic.
