I was hoping somebody else would catch this, but I guess  it's  up  to  me.
The  report  of  the  Grace Commission stated that the Feds could save $450
BILLION  over  three  years  by  instituting  ordinary  auditing  and  cost
accounting  practices  in  the  purchase  of military hardware.  The report
remains controversial, but I'd sure like to see them try it.
