Message-ID: <397@moncol.UUCP> Date: Sat, 22-Jun-85 17:54:50 EDT Article-I.D.: moncol.397 Posted: Sat Jun 22 17:54:50 1985 Date-Received: Mon, 24-Jun-85 02:12:10 EDT Organization: Monmouth College, West Long Branch, NJ 07764 Lines: 28 Summary: Would you *really* like it? A lot of space on this net has been devoted to the relative merits of New versus Old Coke and which one the author of the article prefers. The bottom line is that of those people with a preference, most prefer and would rather see the re-production of Old Coke. A philosophical observation, however: With human nature the way it is, would these same people really like a "New" Old Coke wer one to be produced? Would it really matter if the Coca-Cola Company were to go back to the old formula or would everyone just say that it's another "New" Coke and not as good as the "Old" Old Coke? It is said that you can't go home again. If this is true then it really doesn't matter what formula Coke uses- someone will always say it's just not the same. -- Name: John Ruschmeyer US Mail: Monmouth College, W.
