Lines: 18 A couple of notes on the PDP version of Hack which may also affect other versions. It uses the :ho entry in the termcap for home, which is fine except some of our termcap entries use :kh instead. If you are using the microsoft C compiler V3.0 and send a bogus parameter to printf like %D when it expects %ld, it affects the whole programs operation. I was caught by my own programming ethos which stresses function first and the quality of the screen display second. After spending numerous hours trying to track down errors and failing I decided at least I could get rid of the capitol D's and U's that were appearing on the screen. And when I did that the other problems cleared up. Now on to version 1.0.2. --Chuck -- - - - D I S C L A I M E R - - - {ihnp4,fortune}!dual\ All opinions expressed herein are my {qantel,idi}-> !intelca!cem own and not those of my employer, my {ucbvax,hao}!hplabs/ friends, or my avocado plant. :-}
