Summary: 

After quaffing a potion of invisibility, a
cockatrice hit me and hissed repeatedly as I
bashed on him, but I was unharmed.  When the 
corpse eventually disappeared (I had no gloves
to pick it up) another potion of invisibility
was left in its place.
