Has anyone out there ever compiled a list of persons interested in, or
currently participating in PBM (email version) Diplomacy?  I'm GMing
a game and have had a hard time keeping enough alternates on-line to
replace drop-outs.

If there isn't such a list, maybe we should start one.  I guess I'm
about to volunteer to collect such a list, but I'll hold off until
I hear from some people.

(I am aware of the number of good dippy 'zines around in the Postal
 Diplomacy arena, but I'm interested in the Email games, for now).
