I'm the ``someone'' who posted the traffic from the packet-radio mailing
list in two messages on this newsgroup/mailing-list.  It seemed to me
that a summary (read: all messages compressed down a bit) was a useful
thing, especially for those people who might be interested but came
along late, or who didn't want to join the group as active members.

Guess I was wrong.  At least, the derisive tone of the objection seems
to imply tar and feathers as an appropriate penitence, so I must have
been wrong.
