A quick question from a rusty "re-licensee":

   When a DX station calls CQ DX, is he willing to accept stateside
   replys?  When W2XXX calls CQ DX I know he doesn't want to hear from
   me. But when OK1XX calls CQ DX does that mean he doesn't want to be
   called by other Czechs or not be bothered by the stateside throngs.
