If your unix system has the "stty rot13" option (look on the manual page 
for stty(1),) you are in luck.  Just use it before you start reading 
net.jokes, and all the jokes you read and/or save will be un-rotated for 
you automatically!  The only drawback to this is that you won't be able 
to read the un-rotated jokes.  However, it does save you from having to 
use /usr/lib/news/caesar.  Good luck!
