On the steepest part of the hill is West Hall (you enter on the third floor from the RPI side; climb stairs to reach the first floor from the Troy side). It looks like it is ready to slide down into beautiful downtown Troy. The reason it doesn't is, quite simply, RPI sucks and Troy blows.
