	The Bad Guys have decided to foil high technology.  Since their
measly attempt at drowning Silicon Valley failed, they are now going to
sabotage the European Esprit project, the Japanese 5th Generation Computer
project and the U.S. Strategic Defense Initiative project.

	Their plan:  Substitute garbage code for all the garbage collectors
in these systems, particularly lisp based AI systems.

	Naturally, James Bond foils this plot.
