As with almost any joke, the TIMING of when the joke is told is almost as
important as the context of the joke itself.  This brings up one of my
favorite one-liners. 

Depending on what someone else is saying (regardless of whether he is speaking
to you or a third party) as soon as there is a pause in the conversation, you
blurt out "Awww, 'yo mama!". 

I agree that reading it here on the net causes it to lose most of its impact
but still, its a goodie.  Any one else who is a "user" of this one liner
may care to comment.
