A prior note asked if anyone knew of the existence of the Protocol Types
currently in use on Ethernet.  If you are developing a product that you
want to coexist with other protocols, you should request a protocol type
from Xerox.  Xerox does have a list but the way it works is that you 
request a protocol, and they will reserve a type for you.
