When I use APL on my VAX, I see this herald:

	a p l ? 1 1
	06 may 1982
	
	clear ws

Does anybody know if there is someone, anywhere, who maintains
this software?  I think that it comes from Purdue and is distributed
by Berkeley.  What is the status of this stuff anyway?
