I vote YES.  I will not subscribe to it (even tho' I am actually interested
and even professionally involved in the issue the discussion on the net
has reached the mega-junk stage where info/flame ratio is too low to be worth
reading).  But IFF we can have the debate restricted to such a group - 
THEN I'll not have to unsubscribe to net.arch - which ought to be far more 
useful if there is less in it.
