In order to set the record straight, we wish to state the following facts: 1) There are NO law suits against Hazelwood, either for money owed or any other reason. As law suits are matters of public record, anyone who bothered to check before publishing damaging rumors to the net could have determined this. 2) The UniQuad computer is presently being shipped, and has been since February 1985. The board has been enthusiastically received by our customers. Again anyone who bothered to check could have determined this fact. 3) Frank Hogg Laboratories is indeed selling the UniQuad with case, power supply, and drives as the QT computer. In this matter the net message was correct. Anyone who has any doubts as to the existence of the UniQuad or the accuracy of the above facts is welcome to check with Frank Hogg. I would like to emphasize that this is not a matter of "cleaning everything up" as there was nothing to clean up in the first place. If there are any remaining concerns about Hazelwood or its products I would appreciate a call at: 314-281-1055 (signed) David A. Bridger President, Hazelwood Computer Systems
